All made to order pieces are handcrafted especially for you once you order them and they can not be returned and exchanged. BASTET jewelry studio does not offer Returns/Exchanges for change of mind purchases of made to order pieces.
Each BASTET piece is produced by hand, taking in consideration every single detail. Since no two handcrafted items can be alike, small differences between pieces are most certain to happen. This is exactly what makes your purchase unique and one-of-a-kind! BASTET jewelry studio does not offer Return/Exchange for these types of particularities as they are part of the design. Actual colours may vary slightly from what appears online.
In accordance with the provisions of Art. 103.c) of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, these products, made according to consumer and user specifications or clearly personalized, cannot be returned.

DELIVERY
Dispatches within 10 working days from order placement.
Elika silver spiral ring is made to order. Each piece is individually handcrafted in BASTET jewelry studio and it takes between 7-10 working days to prepare your order. You will receive an email with the tracking number once the package has been shipped. Delivery time depends on the country.
Delivery times may increase during bank holidays, Christmas holidays and summer holidays.
