DELIVERY METHODS

COLLECT AT BASTET JEWELRY STUDIO STORE : You can choose to collect your order at BASTET Jewelry Studio. Once your order is ready for collection you will be informed by e-mail or text message. In order to collect the order, you need to show the e-receipt or the message you received with the order number.

DELIVERY : You can choose to have your order delivered at your home. All home deliveries are shipped with ELTA Courier.

*Orders can be delivered to the address of your selection. You may add your personal address to the payment process and then choose another ‘shipping address’ on the confirmation step of your order. Please make sure to enter the right billing and shipping addresses.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

All orders are shipped with ELTA Courier. As soon as your order dispatches you will receive e-mail updates about the tracking number and important delivery info. Look out for these emails, please check your spam.

DELIVERY TIME

MADE TO ORDER PIECES – Each piece is individually handcrafted in BASTET jewelry studio and it takes between 7-10 working days to prepare your order. You will receive an email with the tracking number once the package has been shipped.

Delivery time depends on the country.

UNIQUE PIECES – Dispatch within 3 working days from order placement. You will receive a message with the tracking number once the package has been shipped.

PACKAGING

BASTET jewelry studio original packaging is made to protect your piece during transit.

Handcrafted and handmade jewelry pieces are delicate, especially when they are being shipped or moved around. For this reason they are prepared very carefully for shipping. All products are shipped in their original eco-friendly BASTET gift packaging – a hard recycled paper box with a piece of organic cotton clothing inside which you can re-use to keep and clean your jewelry. In addition, the postal envelope comes with an extra layer of protection in order to ensure that your order will arrive in excellent condition.
